Product Description

The 2-Ear Clamp provides increased clamping range over the 1-Ear Clamp. The closed "ear" geometry provides an inherent retained load and a spring action in the clamp, permitting expansion and contraction during thermocycling or vibrating conditions. This is a robust, durable one-piece design that offers a positive, tamper resistant seal. Smooth edges prevent damage to hoses and the one-piece design offers quick and easy installation. Parts listed on this page are Electro-Zinc plated Carbon Steel only.

Features and Benefits

This is a medium pressure clamp that is widely used for maintenance and OEM applications. Rubber hose, plastic tubing, coaxial and electrical cable, rope, etc. are all easily clamped. These clamps are installed on air, fluid, gas and steam lines.

NOTES:
• When ordering your 2-ear clamps, select nominal clamp size nearest to, but always larger than, O.D. of material to be clamped after insert has been fitted.
• For proper installation both "ears" must be crimped closed
• Special Installation tools are available. Please contact EFC International directly.
